In 1992 Lance, his wife Nancy, and sons EJ and Mason started Lance Johnson Building Company. Since the inception, our team has grown to seven members with over 200 combined years of construction experience. Today, the day to day operations are managed by Lance and EJ. Lance Johnson Building Company has built over 400 single family homes, along with 14 commercial/retail/office buildings including the tenant finish work. For 26 years we have developed a team of outstanding employees and, collectively, the best group of subcontractors and material suppliers in Northwest Arkansas.
